How do I track my order number and my order status?
We will notify you of the latest status of your order via email, and you may find the order number in your order confirmation email. You may also check the order number and order status on “My Orders” page after logging into our official website.
Is product the same across the product image shown in online shop?
The product color might be slightly different due to the shooting lighting or the screen display color. You are also welcomed to visit our physical stores to discover more about the actual product.
Why the purchase price of the product is different from the price shown on the product’s price tag?
The purchase price of the product may vary according to the discount or promotion ongoing at the time of purchase. The price displayed by the system at the time of purchase shall be the final price.
Is product price the same in online shop and physical store?
The product’s retail price is the same, but some discounts or promotions may be online exclusive or physical store exclusive, please refer to the terms and conditions for details.
Is the stock the same in online shop and physical store?
The stock available on online shop does not fully reflect the stock available in physical store. As stock varies depending on the sales status of each store, for any stock inquiry on specific store or product, please contact the store directly. You may find the store contact information on the “STORES” page from the menu.
Delivery and Shipping
Do I need to pay for shipping?
Enjoy free shipping on orders over HK$299 (calculated at the discounted price). For orders under HK$299, a shipping fee of HK$35 will apply and this fee will not count toward the minimum spending required for any promotional offers.
How long will delivery take after placing an order?
Generally, your order will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days. In case our stores were temporarily closed due to inclement weather conditions, or during sale period, the delivery may take a bit longer and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Your order may be sent in split parcel depending on the stock availability. If the order status remains unchanged or you have not received all items for over 3 workings days, please contact our Customer Service Team (eshophk@6ixty8ight.com) to check the order status.
Why did I not receive all my purchased items?
If you have received a parcel and it is within 3 working days from your purchase date, your order may be sent in split parcels due to stock availability. Please wait for the rest parcel to be delivered and we appreciate your patience.
In a few cases, specific item(s) may become out-of-stock due to high number of orders or stock update during the dispatching process. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience caused. System will automatically arrange refund for any out-of-stock items through your original payment method, please check from your payment platform to see if the refund has been duly received. For any inquiries, please contact our Customer Service Team (eshophk@6ixty8ight.com) and they will check the order status for you.
Can I pick up my order at offline stores?
For online orders made via official website, only delivery service is provided at the moment. If you wish to pick up your order at offline stores, please download our 6IXTY8IGHT APP to enjoy the service. Store pick-up service is now available at around 20 stores in Hong Kong.
Can I enjoy delivery service if I purchase at offline stores?
Delivery service is not available at all 6IXTY8IGHT offline stores.
What happens if I missed my delivery?
If the courier is unable to reach you twice, your parcel will be returned to our stores and we will proceed with the order cancellation and refund. You may visit our online shop again and to place the order, or you may contact our Customer Service Team (eshophk@6ixty8ight.com) for assistance.
Can I send my parcel to Macau address?
Yes, we support delivering the parcel to Macau region. However, in case any product return is needed, customers are required to return the item(s) to any 6IXTY8IGHT stores in Hong Kong, or ship to designated Hong Kong store by post (cost will be borne by customer). Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
Can I send my parcel to SF Store or EF Locker Locations?
Yes, please fill in both the code and address of SF Store or EF Locker in delivery address for arrangement. Any charge incurred due to overdue pickup shall be responsible by customer.
Can I request my parcel to be left outside my residence, if there is no one home to accept my delivery?
Courier will call you before the delivery. To make sure your parcel reaches you safely, signature confirmation is required upon delivery. We do not suggest leaving your parcel unattended outside your residence.
How do I change my delivery information?
Please contact our Customer Service Team (eshophk@6ixty8ight.com) as early as possible for any change on address or contact information. However, once the parcel has been shipped out, no changes can be made. Thank you for your understanding.
Exchange and Return
I have changed my mind. Can I return the item(s)?
You can apply for a return when the order is in completed status. Return must be requested within 20 days of purchase and the item(s) must be in the original selling condition with all tags and packaging (if any) intact. Please note some items may not be available for return due to hygiene reason (e.g. panty, sticky bra), please visit the “Return Policy” page for more details.
Can I exchange for another size?
For items purchased online, only refund service is available at the moment. You can apply for a return if the item(s) does not fit you.
Can I return with price tag cut off or without price tag?
Items must be in the original condition with all tags and packaging (if any) intact. Returned goods with price tag cut off or without price tag will not be accepted.
I received a defective item / wrong item, what should I do?
We sincerely apologize for inconvenience caused. Please contact our Customer Service Team (eshophk@6ixty8ight.com) for handling and provide below information in order to follow up your order. Our Customer Service Team will get back to you as soon as possible to provide assistance.
- Your Order Number (e.g. echk4000000408)
- The model number of the product (e.g. 8F9TP07624, you may refer to the product label)
- Photo(s) that can clearly reflect the product’s status
Where should I return the items to?
After submitting the return application online, please return the item(s) along with the original order invoice within 20 days of purchase to any 6IXTY8IGHT offline stores in Hong Kong. Or you can ship to below designated Hong Kong store by post (cost will be borne by customer). Please make sure your parcel and your order invoice has clearly listed your order number so we can confirm your return application and contact you.
