About Loyalty Program Upgrade
1. After the loyalty program upgrade, do I have to register again?
No for sure! You can just enjoy the upgrade effortless as your membership account will be transferred to our new loyalty program. However, we encourage you to login your account in official website or mobile APP to confirm you have entered your mobile number and birthday information correctly, so you can stay connected with us and receive your birthday coupon in future.
2. After the loyalty program upgrade, will my accumulated spending and earned points be re-calculated?
No worries! Your accumulated spending and earned points in the past 1 year and will be transferred to our new loyalty program. The valid period of the earned points will be automatically extended for one more year to 30 November, 2025.
3. I was Pink Member before the loyalty program upgrade. Will my membership tier be downgraded?
Definitely will not! If you were our Pink Member before the loyalty program upgrade, you will stay in the same membership tier and the validity of your Pink membership will be automatically extended for one more year to 30 November, 2025.
About Membership Validity and Tiers
1. Can I enjoy my membership privileges at offline stores if I registered my membership through 6IXTY8IGHT official website or mobile APP?
Sure! Simply provide your registered mobile number or email before checkout at offline stores, then you can enjoy your membership privileges including points rewards, birthday shopping coupon, and more!
2. I become a Gold / Pink member. How long will the membership last?
The membership of Gold / Pink member will be valid for one year since the upgrade. When the membership expires, your membership tier will be adjusted based on your accumulated spending in the last 1 year. If the accumulated spending meets the requirement of Gold / Pink membership tier, then the membership tier will remain the same. If the accumulated spending cannot meet the requirement, your membership tier will be downgraded accordingly.
About Member Points and Member Privileges
1. When will my member account reflect the member points that I earned after purchase?
For offline purchase, member points will be delivered to your member account within 3 working days after purchase. For online purchase, member points will be delivered to your member account within 3 working days after your parcel is dispatched.
2. I become a Gold / Pink member in my birthday month. Will I receive my birthday shopping coupon?
Member birthday shopping coupon will be issued to birthday members on the first day of each month according to the membership tiers. If a basic member become a Gold / Pink member after the first day of the month, birthday shopping coupon will not be issued for that birthday month again.
3. Why I could not receive my birthday shopping coupon?
Members who become Gold / Pink member or entered their birthday information within their birthday month, will not receive any birthday shopping coupon in that month but will receive it in their next birthday month.
4. Where can I check my member coupon or member points?
You may login your account in 6IXTY8IGHT official website and check your member coupon or current member points from “My Account” > “My Points” or “My Coupon” page.
If you use 6IXTY8IGHT mobile APP, you may login your account and check your member coupon and current member points from “My Account” > “My Points/vouchers”. Scroll down the page to refresh the data if the page is blank or showing “Points: 0”.
5. What should I do if I did not receive my entitled points or coupon?
For inquiries related to member points or coupon, please contact our Customer Service Team (eshophk@6ixty8ight.com) and provide relevant information such as your registered email or mobile number, sales receipt, etc. We will follow up your case and provide you assistance as soon as possible.
Member Points Rewards and Redemption – Terms and Conditions
1. Basic and Gold members can earn 1 member point for every HK$1 spending. Pink members can earn 2 member points for every HK$1 spending. Member points are distributed based on the net spending amount after all discounts and offers have been calculated.
2. Every 100 member points can be redeemed as HK$5 upon purchase.
3. Member points will be expired after 1 year, on the last day of the same month. All expired member points will be automatically cleared and will not be reissued.
4. For offline purchase, member points will be delivered to the member account within 3 working days after purchase. For online purchase, member points will be delivered to the member account within 3 working days after your parcel is dispatched. If member points have been redeemed in the online purchase and product return has been applied afterwards, the redeemed member points will be returned to the member account within 5 working days after the return application.
10% off Welcome Coupon – Terms and Conditions
1. 10% off welcome coupon will be issued to newly registered members only. New members can enjoy 10% off upon purchase of any regular-priced items, discounted items or combo set items.
2. No minimum spending required. 10% off welcome coupon is valid for 7 days upon membership registration and can be used at Hong Kong & Macau offline stores, official website or mobile APP.
3. 10% off welcome coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, coupons or promotion offers. Each purchase can enjoy one member offer only (except member points rewards and redemption).
Member Birthday Shopping Coupon – Terms and Conditions
1. Member birthday shopping coupon will be issued on the first day of each month to birthday members according to their membership tiers. Gold members can receive HK$25 birthday shopping coupon and pink members can receive HK$50 birthday shopping coupon. Birthday shopping coupon can be redeemed as HK$25 / HK$50 upon purchase of any regular-priced items, discounted items or combo set items.
2. Only members who have entered their birthday information before their birthday month are entitled to receive birthday shopping coupon. Members who become Gold / Pink members within their birthday month, or any member who entered birthday information within their birthday month, will receive the birthday shopping coupon in their next birthday month.
3. No minimum spending required. Birthday shopping coupon is valid till the last day of the birthday month and can be used at Hong Kong & Macau offline stores, official website or mobile APP.
4. Birthday shopping coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, coupons or promotion offers. Each purchase can enjoy one member offer only (except member points rewards and redemption).
Loyalty Program – Terms and Conditions
1. Members must select “Hong Kong / Macau” region upon membership registration in order to enjoy the above membership privileges. Membership region cannot be changed once registration is completed.
2. Each person can hold one membership only. If duplicate registration or holding of multiple memberships is found, 6IXTY 8IGHT Limited has the right to suspend or terminate such membership without prior notice and forfeit all accumulated member points and unused coupons immediately.
3. All personal data collected from members is for internal use and member communications only, including but not limited to the following purposes:
Daily operation and management of loyalty program;
Notifying members about the latest products and promotion information, or any amendments of the loyalty program;
Delivering member offers or benefits that are customized based on the members’ personal data or purchase record;
Processing and analyzing members’ personal data or purchase record to better understand members’ buying behaviour, characteristics and needs.
4. 6IXTY 8IGHT Limited reserves the right to amend any of the details of the loyalty program, including any or all of the mechanisms, benefits, terms and conditions, without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, 6IXTY 8IGHT Limited reserves the right of final decision.
