Return Policy

1.    Return must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original selling conditions with all tags and packing (if any) intact.

2.    Excludes panties, bodysuit, socks, swimwear, hat, nipple cover, sticky bra, bra accessories, skin care, cosmetic, perfume, accessories or free items.

3.    If you wish to return any item(s), please submit your return application online in 6IXTY8IGHT official website or APP. The option of “RETURN” can be found in “My Account > My Orders” page.

4.    After the return application is submitted, please return the item(s) along with the order invoice within 30 days of purchase to any 6IXTY8IGHT stores in Hong Kong (excluding Department Store Counter). Or you can ship to below designated Hong Kong store by post (cost will be borne by customer). Please make sure your parcel has included your order invoice or marked your order number so we can confirm your return application and contact you.
