Return Policy

1. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchases. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original selling conditions with all tags and packing (if any) intact.
2. Excludes panties, socks, swimwear, hat, nipple cover, sticky bra, skin care, cosmetic, perfume, accessories or free items.
3. Please submit your return application online in 6IXTY8IGHT official website or APP. The option of “RETURN” can be found in “My Account > My Orders” page.
4. After the return application is submitted, please return the items along with the original invoice within 30 days of purchase to any 6IXTY8IGHT stores (excluding Department Store Counter) in the region that you placed the online order. Refund will be arranged through your original payment method within 7 working days.
