胸圍尺碼指南

不知道自己的胸圍尺碼？別擔心，其實比你想像中簡單！立即跟隨以下3個步驟，就可以輕鬆找出適合自己的尺碼。

第1步: 量度下胸圍
穿上薄墊胸圍或者不穿胸圍皆可。用軟尺貼著胸部下方肋骨位置繞一圈，就是你的下胸圍尺寸(即底圍)。

第2步: 量度上胸圍
用軟尺圍著胸部最豐滿的位置方繞一圈，就是你的上胸圍尺寸。

第3步: 找出你的胸圍尺碼
參考以下尺碼表，上胸圍與下胸圍的差值即可得出罩杯大小 (A、B、C 等)。

小提示: 建議避免在經期期間量度胸圍，因為荷爾蒙變化可能會令胸部暫時變大，影響準確度。

<p class="section-desc">如果量度出來的尺碼穿起來不太合身，不要緊，你可以試試姊妹尺碼。姊妹尺碼是指在罩杯容量大致相同的情況下，調整底圍的鬆緊度。不同胸圍款式因剪裁和布料不同，即使測量結果一樣，穿起來的感覺也可能有差別。</p>
