Store pickup service is available at all stores in Hong Kong. However, the stock availability of your selected items may vary at different stores, so some stores may not be available to provide store pickup service for your order.
If you place the order before 3pm, your order will be ready for pickup at your selected store earliest by 7pm on the same day.
If you place the order after 3pm, your order will be ready for pickup at your selected store the next day.
Once your pickup order is ready, we will send you a notification email with the pickup code. Simply present the pickup code at your selected store to pick up your order.
In case stores were temporarily closed due to inclement weather conditions, we may need more time to prepare your order and pick-up service can only be available after stores have resumed business. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
