Return Policy
The following return policies are applicable to online orders of Hong Kong and Macau regions only:
- Return must be requested within 20 days of purchase.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original selling conditions with all tags and packing (if any) intact.
- Panties, bodysuit, socks, swimwear, hat, nipple cover, sticky bra, bra accessories, skin care, cosmetic, perfume, accessories or free items are not available for return.
For the Return Policy of offline orders, please refer to the bottom part of the offline sales receipt or instore displays for details.

How to Return
- If you are a member, please submit your return application on the 6IXTY8IGHT official website by logging in, going to the “My Account” page, selecting your order under “Online Orders”, and clicking “Return Item” to fill in the Return Application form. If you have more than one item to return in the same order, please fill in on the same form and submit once only.
If your order was checked out as a guest, please contact our Customer Service Team (eshophk@6ixty8ight.com).
- After the return application is submitted, please return the item(s) along with the order invoice within the designated period to any 6IXTY8IGHT stores in Hong Kong. Or you can send the item(s) to below designated Hong Kong store by post (cost will be borne by customer). Please make sure your parcel has included your order invoice or marked your order number so we can confirm your return application and contact you.
