The membership for Pink Fan member will be valid for 2 years from the last purchase. If there is no purchase record for more than 2 years, the member account will be automatically deleted by the system. All stars and unused coupons in the member account will also be forfeited.
For Pink Friend / Pink BFF members, the membership will be valid for one year from the date of upgrade. When the membership expires, your membership tier will be adjusted based on your accumulated spending in the last 1 year. If the accumulated spending meets the requirement of Pink Friend / Pink BFF membership, then the membership tier will remain the same. If the accumulated spending does not meet the requirement, your membership tier will be downgraded accordingly.
This depends on whether your accumulated spending still meets the spending requirements of Pink Friend / Pink BFF membership after the return.
If the whole order is returned and the accumulated spending no longer meets the upgrade requirements, the membership will be downgraded to the original membership tier.
If the order is partially returned and the accumulated spending still meets the upgrade requirements after the refund, the upgraded membership will be unchanged and will not be downgraded.
Stars will be delivered to your member account within 3 working days after purchase.
Member birthday shopping coupon will be issued to birthday members on the first day of each month according to the membership tiers.
In case of membership tier upgrade happens after the first day of the month, birthday shopping coupon will not be issued for that birthday month in the same year.
Members who become Pink Friend / Pink BFF member or entered their birthday information within their birthday month, will not receive any birthday shopping coupon in that month but will receive it in their next birthday month.

1. Members must select “Hong Kong / Macau” region upon membership registration in order to enjoy the above membership privileges. Membership region cannot be changed once registration is completed.
2. All kinds of member coupons will not be re-issued once the coupon has been used during purchase.
3. Each person can hold one membership only. If duplicate registration or holding of multiple memberships is found, 6IXTY 8IGHT Limited has the right to suspend or terminate such membership without prior notice and forfeit all accumulated stars and unused coupons immediately.
