You can apply for a return when the order is in completed status. Return must be requested within 20 days of purchase and the item(s) must be in the original selling condition with all tags and packaging (if any) intact. Please note some items may not be available for return due to hygiene reason (e.g. panty, sticky bra), please visit the “Return Policy” page for more details.
For items purchased online, only refund service is available at the moment. You can apply for a return if the item(s) does not fit you.
Items must be in the original condition with all tags and packaging (if any) intact. Returned goods with price tag cut off or without price tag will not be accepted.

After submitting the return application online, please return the item(s) along with the original order invoice within 20 days of purchase to any 6IXTY8IGHT offline stores in Hong Kong. Or you can ship to below designated Hong Kong store by post (cost will be borne by customer). Please make sure your parcel and your order invoice has clearly listed your order number so we can confirm your return application and contact you.

Yes, you can apply a return for order delivered to Macau region. However, all returned items must be dropped off at any 6IXTY8IGHT stores in Hong Kong, or ship to our designated Hong Kong store by post (cost will be borne by customer). Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
Once the store confirmed the receipt of the returned item(s), refund will be arranged through your original payment method within 7 working days.
